Required Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional communication skills.
Excellent writing skills (think: thorough, organized).
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Fast typist.
Comfortable working across multiple communication channels.
Technically proficient.
Self-reliant, adaptable, and comfortable with repetition.
Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours and flexibility around weekends and holidays.
